Thanks to this trusted verification service, we can now browse for homes freely but now things are about to become even more easier as Allsopp & Allsopp has launched a Data Hub and comparable data insight channel under each listing.

Allsopp & Allsopp has recently partnered with Property Monitor to create a channel below every listing which would provide key insights on the market, and other properties sold or rented nearby. This applies to lettings, sales and commercial properties listed with the company and helps give a great overview to future buyers/investors and tenants.

These key data insights below each listing would have a generic idea of other listings within the same building, community or commercial estate that are selling/renting for a lower price, larger square footage and better yet, this in-house data will also provide you with a price trend and unit volume over the months in the area.

From percentage rises or declines month-on-month, to a list of similar properties sold or rented in the same area, you can get a clear and easy to understand analysis on how to approach your next sale, rental or commercial investment.

So, how does this comparable data insight work?

It's quite easy - While you’re browsing through property listings on the Allsopp & Allsopp website, you might come across a little insight powered by Property Monitor which would show you a set of properties sold or rented in your area.

As you scroll through, you’ll then come across a price trend and unit volume chart which will show all the insights into the last few months and how the market has improved over the time. Oh, and the best part? You can even download the whole report which would be sent over to you via WhatsApp or email on the area specific to your search - I mean, how incredible is that?
