I hope you’ve had a great weekend and are ready to kick-start into this week, so let’s catch up on Dubai’s property market.

Last week, the property market saw an impressive AED9.1 billion worth of sales transactions from 3,101 deals, with Monday seeing AED 2 billion worth of deals!

Impressive right?

Now, for some city updates…

While the whole word has gone AI crazy!

Dubai is also joining the hype, announcing plans to use artificial intelligence technology to reduce traffic congestion on roads.

The RTA is launching a comprehensive Enterprise Platform for designing and developing AI and data science solutions.

This includes analysing traffic data and identifying patterns and forecasts, which will contribute to efficient road network planning and reduce traffic congestion!

Ain’t that amazing?

Lastly…

Dubai’s little town Hatta has been awarded the title of one of 50 most beautiful small towns in the world by Conde Nast Traveller.

The stunning Hatta is in the Hajar mountains, and has a population of 12,200 - this place is perfect for a weekend getaway and is home to some of the most beautiful resorts and has exciting activities!
