Dubai has reached a new milestone, as the population crosses an all-time high of 3.6 million for the first time, according to the Dubai Statistics Center.
The population now stands at 3.6 million, marking a 1% increase since the end of Q1 and a 1.5% increase of residents when compared to December 2022.
Are we on track to meet Dubai’s 2040 plan of 5.8 million residents?

Dubai residents, if you remember driving down Sheikh Zayed Road, you might’ve noticed the large Pepsi factory!
It was owned by Dubai Refreshment PJSC, who’s the bottler for Pepsi.Co in Dubai and has sold the land to Al Futtaim Private Company LLC for AED 252 million.
This plot included the Pepsi bottling plant, a storage warehouse and offices under the Pepsi brand.
