Dubai Hills is set to be home to 6 schools. 3 of these schools are already available whilst the other 3 are under construction. It is safe to say, you will have a great choice for your kids’ education. Dubai Heights Academy offers spaces from Foundation through to Secondary and offers the English National Curriculum. Dubai Hills Estate is home to the hugely popular Duck Hook gastropub/sports bar which offers English pub classics in a beautiful setting with a terrace overlooking the golf course. The kids can play on the play area in front of the terrace in full view of their parents having a relaxing meal. And there’s great news - you can use Entertainer vouchers for a buy one get one free main course. We highly recommend the roast dinner and steak pie!
Hillhouse Brasserie is also set within the golf club and is a lovely breakfast spot! It offers classic casual dining with a very family friendly vibe.
Dubai Hills Mall is expected to grace us with it’s opening in 2020. It is set to be a perfect match to the current Mall of the Emirates and will include all the amenities you would expect with over 550 retail and entertainment destinations including a large cineplex.
In the meantime, residents can order their groceries online or visit supermarkets in nearby Barsha.
The upcoming area offers residents vast parkland with walking paths, exercise machines and a 54km cycle track – perfect for the outdoorsy residents. The pets of the community are welcomed throughout and with lots of outdoor space for walks, will enjoy the community as much as you. There will be a dog park available for some free playtime too! Dubai Hills Estate Golf Club is already up and running offering an 18-hole golf course with views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline.
