Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a large villa, townhouse and apartment community. The Nakheel development is split into 9 districts named 10-19. The districts follow on from the 1-9 in Jumeirah Village Triangle. The jumeirah village circle area guide gives you the perfect spot for couples, and families who enjoy being in close proximity to key areas in Dubai without living directly in them.

Jumeirah Village Circle is located on the opposite side of Al Khail Road to Jumeirah Village Triangle. It is only a short drive from:

  • Mall of the Emirates - 17 minutes
  • Jumeirah Beach Residence - 18 minutes

The developers, Nakheel, have developed a few districts with solely their designed and built properties. District 16 includes the 2-bedroom independent villas. In District 12 are the 1 and 2-bedroom townhouses and large 4-bedroom independent villas in District 19 which is the only gated area within JVC. These villas are known as the circle villas as they form the circle in the heart of JVC.

Mall of the Emirates is a 15-minute drive from JVC and is one of the largest malls in Dubai full of all the popular fashion outlets, jewelry, furniture shops, and a large Carrefour supermarket.

Find your favorite restaurants in jumeirah village circle.JVC is home to Pinza Pizza, a wholesome delivery option if you live in the community for a family feast at home. Socialicious is a great place to gather with friends over some delicious Asian food. The café presents food with a sharing concept, so you can have a little taste of everything, relax and enjoy.

JVC does not have any licensed restaurants but nearby in Jumeirah Lake Towers, there is a vibrant nightlife scene with gorgeous restaurants, cocktail bars, and sports bars. It is a hive of activity on a weekend and a ladies night! Nola is a popular spot and offers incredible cocktails and Southern American food. They offer a daily happy hour on selected beverages from 5 pm – 8 pm and a thriving ladies night every Tuesday. For younger children, the Kids World Nursery in JVT offers daycare, nursery education, and an enrichment program. The nursery is run from 8 am – 11.30 am and is AED 2,150 for 5 days per week. The enrichment program runs from 12 pm – 2 pm and is AED 1,800 for 5 days a week. Day Care is available all day and is AED 300 per hour for 1-3 hours and AED 250 for 4 hours and above.
