A summer like no other - how Q3 2023 has come to rewrite what Dubai summer is known for.

In Q3 2023, Dubai’s summer narrative was transformed by a busy real estate sector, highlighted by the launch of Palm Jebel Ali and DIFC Living to name a few. Despite its high temperatures in the months of July to September, the city continued to attract global investors, with total sales figures reaching an impressive AED 92.6 billion, marking a 6% increase from Q2 2023.

Allsopp & Allsopp mirrored this upswing, noting a 72% surge in client registrations and a 13% rise in sales volume when compared to Q3 2022. On the rental front, viewings and client registrations rose significantly, pointing to the city’s resilient rental market. We also launched Data Hub, helping Dubai residents to see transactional prices for any area or unit and make better informed decisions. All while celebrating our 15th year in business!
