Palm Jumeirah Area Guide

About Palm Jumeirah

Palm Jumeirah is a palm-tree shaped island that's nestled on the south side of the city. Known as the eighth wonder of the world, the island consists of a trunk and 16 fronds along the crescent. This development features more than apartments, townhouses, villas, and beachfront mansions - it’s home to the city’s finest restaurants, experiences, and five-star hotels and sits right along on the Arabian Sea.

The Palm is perfect for all crowds, from families, singles, young professionals and couples as the community features all kinds of housing solutions ranging from studios, all the way up to seven bedrooms!

Since the community sits on the water, one might doubt the accessibility in and out of the community, but you can easily drive to the highlight spots of the city, such as:

  • Dubai Marina - 9 minutes
  • Downtown Dubai - 18 minutes
  • Mall of the Emirates - 12 minutes
  • Jumeirah Beach Residence - 12 minutes

In Palm Jumeirah, the fronds are home to the affluent signature and garden villas with every villa having beach access. Many celebrities have bought these villas such as David Beckham who purchased a signature villa in 2002, followed by Shah Rukh Khan in 2009, and the most expensive was purchased by Indian billionaire; Mukesh Ambani in 2023 for AED 165 million.
