Emaar launches Oria in Dubai Creek Harbour

Oria is the newest development to land in Dubai Creek Harbour, and consists of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments all overlooking the Harbour. It’s just a stone’s throw from a strip of retail outlets, restaurants and hotels.

The property comes with a 90/10 payment plan, and it is set to handover in Q3 2028!

Dubai Airports set a new record with 87 million new travellers

In newly released reports, Dubai reached new heights, welcoming 87 million new travellers in 2023 - the highest since pre-pandemic levels!

This was a significant increase of 31.7% compared to 2022, topping the passenger count from 2019, with a total of 416,405 flights coming in and out in 2023, which is the highest on record at DXB.
