The Delano in Dubai will feature 167 exquisitely designed guest rooms with 84 opulent suites, all reflecting the brand's signature understated style.
The property will feature rooms ranging from one to five bedrooms, offering expansive living and dining areas alongside private outdoor spaces. A highlight of the property is the penthouse apartment that occupies the entire 7th floor, giving residents an unparalleled level of luxury and 360-degree views.
The hotel will also host three distinct culinary spots - these are:
Tutto Passa: An Italian restaurant and terrace inspired by the views of the Amalfi Coast, bringing a slice of Italy to Dubai.
Blue Door: A beachfront eatery, inspired by the one in Delano’s Miami heritage spot, bringing a coastal restaurant with stunning sea views.
Rose Bar: Known to be profoundly unforgettable, this bar aims to become a key social hub for guests and locals alike.
With the property being nestled on a private section of Bluewaters Island, it is designed to offer guests the choice between tranquil seclusion and a vibrant social space. The hotel’s facilities will also include a swimming pool inspired by Roman baths. The interiors, maintaining Delano’s elegant style, seamlessly extend to landscaped gardens and terraces within the property.
