Living in a city with so much choice, and so many insta-worthy spots can also sometimes come with over-hype and price tags painful on the pocket.

By now, it’s pretty clear we're not ones to gate keep - so we’ve pulled together our top ten hidden gems that are for sure worth the hype!!

The best part? La Nena is a pet-friendly spot, so you can bring your furry companions along for the trip!

If you’re looking for boho-chic vibes and earthy interiors, look no further than here for your retail and caffeine fix.

Nightjar Cafe

Nestled within the quirky district of Al Serkal Avenue, this hip and lofty spot features a unique wrap-around bar (though it's exclusively for coffee), where you can choose from an extensive range of coffees.

From classic brews to unique blends, Nightjar has got you covered with possibly every type of coffee you can imagine!

With a lofthouse-style vibe featuring exposed ceilings, dark woods and fairy lights - it’s no wonder it’s one of the city's most trendy spots to grab a brew.

Seven Seeds

Hidden amidst lush greenery, you’ll find Seven Seeds. With a menu full of tasty sandwiches, smoothie bowls, and delicious coffees, it's the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and indulge in some much-needed R&R.

Vanilla Sukkar

Described as an ‘all sourdough emirati bakery’ - if you’re looking to experience local flavours and culture. This is the place to be!

Moby Sushi

One for all you plant-based foodies.

This Japanese inspired cafe offers a full vegan menu that combines traditional ingredients and cooking techniques with western flavours.

If you’re looking to try something different, Moby Sushi, created by INKED executive chef, Hadrien Villedieu, is where it’s at. With unique combinations, and flavoursome dishes - it guarantees a one of a kind tasting experience.

This artisanal chocolate factory sits in a secluded warehouse in Al Quoz. The team here welcomes customers to take a behind-the-scenes look as the delicious treats are created in real time.

While their chocolates would cost you up a little more than your average chocolate bar, each is created with only three ingredients and they are all over 65% pure and rich cocoa.

Kulture House

XVA Art Gallery and Cafe
