Several external factors contributed to the dip, including the Ramadan, EID, and Easter holidays. This led to fewer new properties coming to market, a drop in property sales viewings and less new sales transactions registered by the Dubai Land Department.
Despite the wider slowdown, Allsopp & Allsopp saw encouraging results across Villa/Townhouse sales in key residential areas, which grew 16.4% month-on-month, and new client registrations up 12.6%
