Earlier on Tuesday, one of Dubai’s biggest and fastest sales took place at FIVE Luxe Sensoria Tower for a penthouse worth AED 50 million!

Good news for those of us who are about to renew our contracts or are about to sign new ones - UAE has announced the extension of two year work permits to three years. Isn’t that impressive? This move for work permits is made by the FNC in order to reduce the costs that companies bear while applying for work permits.

Dubai has now proposed a $5-billion real estate project known as the Dubai moon project which focuses on bringing the moon down to Dubai - yes, we’re serious!
This would be a transformation for the real estate sector as the Dubai moon project and these luxury residences would be like no other. And, here’s what Lewis Allsopp has to say about it to The New York Post:
